Terms of Sale

What you're buying. A made-to-order kit: a 3D-printed portrait made from your photo, primed and unpainted, with paints, brushes and a guide. Painting it is the point.
You approve before you pay. Upload a photo, we generate previews and a 3D proof, you approve it. Don't like it? Don't pay.
Prices. The One You Love $89 · The Two of You $139 · The Pet You Dote On $69. US dollars, tax shown at checkout.
Shipping. USPS, within the United States. One Love / Pet: $10.95 standard, $16.95 expedited. Two of You: $12.95 / $18.95. Delivery estimates are estimates.
We do not ship to Illinois. We're sorry. Illinois has specific requirements around information derived from photographs that we aren't yet set up to meet, and we'd rather decline the order than get it wrong.
Cancellations and returns. Every kit is made to your photograph, so it can't be resold and isn't returnable once production starts. That's why we show you the proof first.
- Before you approve: cancel free, any time.
- After approval, before production: email us, we'll refund if we still can.
- After production starts: can't be cancelled.
- Damaged, faulty, or not what you approved: tell us within 14 days with photos and we'll replace or refund it.
Your photo. You keep it. You give us permission to use it only to make your order. You confirm you're entitled to use the photo and have the permission of anyone in it. We won't use your photo or your finished portrait in marketing without asking you first, in writing.
What it is. A stylised likeness generated from one photograph and finished by hand — not a forensic reproduction. Small variations are inherent. The proof exists so you can judge before paying. Kits are for personal use, contain small parts, and are intended for ages 14+.
Liability. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to what you paid for the order. Texas law governs.
