Shopping online is easy using our shopping cart. You can change your order at any time by adjusting the quantities in the cart before checkout. To view your cart contents, click on the “Cart” link at the top right hand corner of every page. Your total bill including shipping charges will be reflected before you make payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received.
Stock Status "Sold Out" means that the item is no longer available. "Temporarily Out of Stock" refers to an item that is currently unavailable but will be restocked shortly. The stock status refers to the Dote online store, so please do check with our Stockists if a style that you like is not available online.
Final Sale Items marked “Final Sale” are not refundable or exchangeable. Final Sale Items are discounted items marked for clearance.
Can I change my order? Please make all changes before checkout as once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Pricing All prices quoted are listed and charged in Singapore Dollars. We do not charge GST or Sales tax.

What forms of payment do you accept?
+ Bank Transfer for Singapore orders via ATM or internet banking to our POSB Savings account.
+ Credit Card We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments are processed through Pay Pal but you do not need a Pay Pal account, just a valid email address.
+ Pay Pal If you do have a Pay pal account, you may choose to transfer funds directly to Dote's Pay pal account.

International deliveries may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment.
Dote is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Can I pick up my order directly from you? Sorry but we do not offer in-person pick ups.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? Dote will exchange or issue a full refund for merchandise subject to the terms and conditions below.
This applies only to clothes bought directly from the Dote web site. If you bought yours through one of our Stockists, please contact the store for its return policy.
+ Merchandise for return or exchange must reach us within 30 days from the date on your invoice. In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturer’s defect, you must email us (subject "Return") within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
+ Clothes must be returned together with the original invoice and in original condition: not damaged, stained, worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached.
+ For exchanged items of a lower value than the returned merchandise, the excess amount will be issued as store credit. Customers will have to pay for the difference in value for exchanged items of a higher value than the returned merchandise.

All incurred shipping and handling charges (including the cost of return) are payable by the customer and non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit. and recommend that you use a delivery service that has adequate tracking capability.

Dote has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy requirements.

How do I return an item? email us (subject "Return") with your name & address, order number, item description and reason for return. Please wait for our reply and instructions before shipping an item back to us. Once we receive the item in good order, we will issue you an exchange, refund or store credit. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, we will give you a refund or store credit. Store credit must be utilized within 30 calendar days of issue.

How do I purchase a gift voucher? Gift vouchers are valid for one year and can be used to purchase any products online, including sale items.
+ Your recipient will receive an electronic gift voucher by email, along with your personalised message.

Gift vouchers can be purchased online and are available in denominations of $20, $50 and $100.
+ During checkout, please provide your recipient’s email address and include your personalised message in the "Special Requests" box.
How do I redeem a gift voucher? Shop and checkout as you normally would. During checkout, enter the voucher code in the "Voucher" section.
+ If your total order exceeds the amount on the gift certificate, you will have to pay for the amount exceeded yourself.
+ Gift vouchers are for one time use only. Any unused amount on the voucher after your purchase will be forfeited.
+ Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Do you have a store where I can try your clothes? You may view Dote designs at our Stockists. Not all stockists hold all stock, so if you are looking for something specific please call the store before visiting.
How do I take care of my Dote clothes? Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colours. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry or dry clean. Iron on low heat. As an added precaution you may also place your garments inside a laundry net before washing.
